Reigning Swedish Rally Champions, GN Motorsport, are helping M-Sport Ford driver Gus Greensmith in his preparations for the upcoming WRC-round Rally Sweden.
Greensmith and his Swedish co-driver, Jonas Andersson, recently tested a GN Motorsport Ford Fiesta Rally2 on snow and ice just outside of Torsby.
The collaboration between GN Motorsport and Greensmith continues this weekend, where the company will run Gus' car in the Norwegian championship round, Numedalsrally 2022. The event will serve as competitive preparation head of Rally Sweden - which starts on February 24 with Shakedown in Umeå.
Numedalsrally is the third round of the Norwegian Rally Championship and is run over seven stages totalling 100 km. On the event, Greensmith and Andersson driving the GN Motorsport's Ford Fiesta Rally2, will face the Norwegian rally elite - amongst them, WRC2-driver Ole Christian Veiby will also be preparing for Rally Sweden.
On Rally Sweden itself, Greensmith and Andersson will be in the Ford Puma Rally1 hybrid for M-Sport Ford World Rally Team - which they drove to a strong fifth place finish in Monte Carlo a month ago.
Also on Rally Sweden, GN Motorsport will prepare the Ford Fiesta Rally2 of two time JWRC-champion, PG Andersson - making his WRC comeback.
